
Alina D’Asti, RPT

Alina’s interest in Physiotherapy grew from her love of sports and her passion of helping others. Having played squash both nationally and internationally, as well as competitive soccer regionally, Alina understands the desire for getting back to activities as soon as possible.
Alina completed her Masters in Physiotherapy at McMaster University, where she furthered her interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries. During her program, Alina had experience working with clients following knee and hip surgeries, as well as individuals recovering from stroke. Prior to McMaster, Alina completed her Bachelor’s degree at Concordia University in the Exercise Science program.Alina gained experience working with athletes of all ages from various sports teams ranging from recreational to competitive levels, such as rugby, basketball, hockey, football, flag football, and cheerleading. Alina has continued to expand on her skills and knowledge by completing post-graduate courses in Functional Dry Needling (Levels I and II). By taking a whole-body approach, Alina will work one on one with clients by using various techniques to help speed up recovery and getting clients back to the activities they love to do.
