Jessane Castro, RPT
(REGISTERED PHYSIOTHERAPIST)
Jessane graduated from the University of Ottawa, where she did her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. Throughout her studies, she completed the McKenzie certificate course part A and the introductory course for Neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT). She also recently completed the Introductory course to acupuncture and dry needling and is interested in doing some vestibular courses within the next few years. She has worked in many different settings including private clinics, hospitals and in-home visits. Her special interests include MSK injuries, stroke, TBI, Spinal Cord Injuries, and vestibular rehabilitation.
Jessane is fluent in both official languages and also has advanced language skills in Spanish.
In her spare time Jess likes to play badminton, go for a swim, bike, travel and enjoys keeping herself healthy and active.
