Stephen Carney graduated with honors from Western University in 1995. Stephen has taken post graduate courses in manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation and orthotics prescription. He has had the privilege of treating patients for the last 20 years. Stephen practiced physiotherapy in Toronto for 15 years in both hospital and private practice settings. prior to joining the ActiveCARE team in Ottawa.
